KEGL Services, LLC is an independent environmental, health, and safety consulting and audit firm. We provide EHS regulatory compliance auditing and related professional services: program reviews and desktop audits, field assessments, insurance readiness reviews, expert support for counsel, and workforce safety perception assessments.

Why the firm exists

Across American industry, the people who built and maintained safety and health programs are retiring faster than they are being replaced. The programs remain. The obligations remain. The capability to keep them current, compliant, and defensible is what walked out the door. KEGL Services was founded to supply that capability: senior, board-certified practice, applied program by program, without asking a client to rebuild what they already own.

What we believe

Findings belong to the client. Every finding carries its citation and the evidence it rests on, and nothing is asserted that cannot be shown. Reports are written in plain language for the executives who act on them. We say clearly what we verified, what we could not verify from the documents provided, and what can only be established in person.

Independence

We are not a broker, an insurer, a certification body, or a regulator, and we take no commissions or referral fees. We work for the organizations that engage us, and our findings go to them and to no one else.

The practice

Our reviewers hold decades of combined practice in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, hazardous materials management, and risk management assurance, in industrial, institutional, and federal settings. Work product is professionally interpreted and signed by credentialed reviewers.
