Capability 04
EHS insurance review.
Loss-control readiness, carrier and broker audit preparation, and claims-related EHS analysis.
What this covers
Insurers look at your EHS program through a specific lens: loss control. Before a carrier visit, an underwriting submission, or a claim review, it helps to have already looked through that lens yourself.
- Loss-control readiness. A review of your program the way a carrier's loss-control representative will see it, with the gaps identified and addressed before the visit rather than after.
- Carrier and broker audit preparation. Documentation of your program's actual condition, assembled to support an underwriting submission or a broker's presentation of the account.
- Claims-related EHS analysis. A review of the record around a loss: what the program required, what the records show, and what has changed since.
Who we work for
The insured, or counsel or broker on the insured's behalf. Our findings go to you. We make no representations about premiums or coverage decisions; those belong to the carrier. What we provide is an accurate, evidenced account of the program so that the conversation starts from facts.
What you receive
A written review with citations and evidence, a prioritized list of what to address, and the supporting documentation an underwriter or loss-control representative will ask for.
Talk to us before the carrier visit.
Tell us about your program and your obligations. We will tell you, plainly, whether and how we can help.
