Capability 03

EHS services.

The core audit practice: desktop audits, program updates and re-verification, field assessments, and multi-location reviews.

What this covers

This is the core audit practice. It answers one question about your EHS program: does what is written, and what is kept, meet what is required today?

  • Desktop audits. You send your written programs and supporting records. We review them against current federal and state requirements and return findings in plain language, each with a citation to the governing regulation and the evidence it rests on. No travel, no disruption to operations. The report also states clearly what could not be verified from documents alone and what we expected to see but did not receive.
  • Program updates and re-verification. Regulations change and documents drift. We bring a program current and then re-examine it on a set cycle, so it stays current between audits without being rebuilt each time.
  • Field assessments. On-site verification of the conditions and practices that documents cannot establish, scoped to what actually needs to be seen.
  • Multi-location reviews. One standard applied across every site you operate, reported site by site and rolled up for leadership.

What you receive

A written report built for the executives who act on it: findings, citations, evidence, and priorities. Reviewer sign-off from credentialed professionals. A clear account of what is in order, what needs attention, and what needs to be seen in person.

When it is the right call

The program has not been reviewed against current law in a while. The people who maintained it have moved on. A customer, insurer, or regulator is asking for evidence. Or you simply want to know where you stand before someone else tells you.

Tell us about your program and your obligations. We will tell you, plainly, whether and how we can help.
